A while ago, some truck driver was hauling some toxic waste across a deserted road, having to bring it to a lab somewhere. Tired and thirsty, the man finally found a town and went to a bar. Bad choice. The guy got drunk, and he crashed his rig into the dog kennels at a nearby animal shelter. Many dogs were infected, but others saw the chance to escape and ran off. Little did they know that they would soon mutate from the waste. Some got weird markings and changed their looks, other soon discovered they could do unnatrual things. The dogs were soon discovered by humans, as they would cause harm and scare them with their looks. They were captured one by one, and shipped off to an old abandoned costal town, guarded 24/7 by miliatary forces. Nobody gets out... or in.
